Almost ten years ago I decided to create my personal home page and at the time, Microsoft Frontpage was the way to go. During the years, the same thing that typically happens is that I did not update these pages as I was too busy with my life, my doctoral dissertation and starting my life in United States of America. Finally, after having such many hites coming to this site, I decided to update the site, the underlying technology and everything else that matters.
This site is the "umbrella" for everything else that happens for me or my company TELLUS International, Inc. I founded TELLUS a few years ago and we have had very good success working with European companies that have either a dream to enter US or want to test out whether their prouduct/service might sell here.
I have also been an active blogger with multiple attempts in different topics and I finally think that I have landed with the ones that make sense to me. I have one blog in English and one in Finnish. I created the Finnish blog for my late book from Talentum "Onnistu suuressa maailmassa" and provides me a voice to my friends and family in Finland.
I have been quite fortunate to be able to travel around the world and work with multiple different things. My education comes from two schools that I owe alot. First of all, Swedish School of Economics in Helsinki gave me my understanding in management accounting and CPA related issues. My doctoral degree from Helsinki School of Economics gave me gave me a viewpoint to technology strategy, market segmentation and architecture and how these interelate with each other. My domain skills have been working with independent software vendors (ISV) and this is something I continue to do going forward. I defended my doctoral thesis 8th of September 2004 at the Helsinki School of Economics.
